Associate Builder Membership Application
The Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati is a professional organization of builders, developers, remodelers, and related businesses who aspire to be on the leading edge of homebuilding through networking, education, and industry advocacy.
When you apply for an Associate Builder Membership, you will be required to fill out a separate application including a credit check, customer, vendor and lender references. As part of this process, you will be required to comply with the HBA's code of ethics, build to the HBA's industry standards, offer the HBA's one-year limited warranty, and participate in the HBA's Consumer Affairs process. Upon approval, your membership level will be upgraded to Builder Membership.
Builder members pay a volume assessment when renewing their memberships annually as follows:
- $35 per single family permit
- $35 per remodeling permit
- $25 per multi-family permit
- $25 per developed lot
- Maximum volume assessment is $4,000
